An SEC-registered fiduciary investment adviser (CRD #127344). Nearly thirty years of independent practice — serving individuals, families, and business owners navigating significant financial decisions.
We are not a big-box advisory firm. We're an independent fiduciary with the tools, discipline, and conviction of an institutional manager — focused entirely on you.
Our investment advisory relationships are grounded in our fiduciary duty. As an SEC-registered investment adviser, we seek to place each client’s interests first in the investment advice we provide. Material conflicts of interest are disclosed in our Form ADV, available upon request.
Our process incorporates portfolio construction, risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring practices used in professional investment management.
In our experience, the decisions that matter most — a business exit, an inheritance, a retirement transition — unfold over years. We work that way too.
We identify the current economic regime through our proprietary Market Pulse RegimesSM framework — monitoring seven macro actors (Fed, Treasury, Consumer, Credit, Inflation, Liquidity, and Shock) — assessing whether each is accelerating, decelerating, or shifting stance. Regime state determines sector posture before any ETF candidate is evaluated.
Daily systematic scanning across sector ETFs — filtered first by regime posture, then scored on technical confluence: RSI, distance from key moving averages, price momentum, and volume. Only regime-aligned candidates enter the review queue. Flags are research inputs, not automatic actions. Discipline before conviction.
Every candidate is filtered through a regime-posture gate before any technical review. Sectors in GATE status don’t get considered — regardless of momentum signals. We eliminate structural risk at the regime layer so individual ETF selection isn’t carrying that weight. Discipline over opportunity cost.
Allocations may adjust as market conditions, portfolio objectives, and assessed risks change. Sector posture reflects our assessment of the prevailing regime, identifying sectors that receive consideration (Pass), require additional caution (Flag), or are excluded (Gate). Portfolio changes reflect CWM’s methodology and professional judgment. No investment process can predict market conditions, eliminate risk, or prevent investment losses.
The signal grid visualizes four primary dimensions of the seven macro actors monitored by MPRSM — condensed for clarity.
The Market Pulse RegimesSM framework reflects an internal research classification. It is not investment advice, a portfolio recommendation, or an indication of current client holdings. Advisory fees, services, and material conflicts of interest are described in our Form ADV, Form CRS, and applicable client agreement.

At Carota Wealth, we believe the future of financial advice isn’t about having the latest technology — it’s about delivering a better client experience.
Every client interaction, planning opportunity, and important life event is supported by a structured process designed to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Behind the scenes, we continuously refine how we serve clients so that advice is delivered consistently, efficiently, and with the highest level of care.
Technology can enhance service, but it can never replace genuine relationships. Our commitment is to know our clients, understand what matters most to them, and be there when they need us.
Because at the end of the day, great financial advice isn’t measured by technology. It’s measured by trust, confidence, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have a team looking out for your future.
